assalmualikum

We are living in a society completely laden with harmful chemicals and what not. something needs to be done i regret many a time , only if i hadnt fed father this, that. well regretting is another story but lets do our bit. U know the first thing that comes in the mind is how can we avoid it? it is everywhere. but guys, we should atleast try to mimimalise it if we cant eliminate it.

we are responsible for our body
we are responsible for our children.


post here the general tips. and i  m going to make different topics for all body parts. just share what changes you are making, what we can make. i am sure if we get the support of each other, we can change a lot.

replace the oil tht you use corn oil or vegetable oil with coconut oil or rice bran oil.


i guess coconut oil is easily available.

these oils are very harmful when heated. as a matter of fact cooking in ghee is much better.



i know the change is quite drastic. i have stores of it so i will use it off. but i m planning to buy cocnut oil though it is costlier a bit.



even olive oil is good only for low heating stuff not in high heat.

this one su told me. soak the vegetables and fruits in water for some time and then use it. better still make a mixture of water and a bbit of vingear and wash. thr will be no vinegar smell left dont worry on the fruits.

this removes the pesticided to a very large extent.

vinegar matlab our white vinegar? and oil change... of course I have to ask my hub... such a particular guy abt food, but hes all for healthy eating so, I guess he ll agree

u cud try cocont oil . i know coomplete change is not possible.
u must be fearing the taste but i have noticed ki making curries and all u wont ntice the change much.


like if u use it n poori and all it is thr. but rest it is cool.

i guess it shud be easily available in mumbai. cause in south they cook with it.

and sun how abt buying and atleast cooking the little stuffs with it. for yrself


i feel tht when i eat wiht coconut oil i feel the tabiyat maat gaee sensation really fast

plus it helps u lose weight contrary to the notion tht it increases

ok i m listing the foods tht r most afftected ny pesticide I mean theyr absorb a lot of pesticide. so preferably they shud be bought organic or eaten very very sparingly
