STOP USING FLUORIDE TOOTHPASTES. COMPLETELY.

FLOURIDE IS KNOWN TO CASUE CANCER.

FLUORIDE ACTUALLY BLOCKS OUR PINEAL GLAND, REDUCIGN OUR POWER TO THINK . MAGINE WHAT WE R DOIN TO OUR KIDS.

and plus various other things, thyroid imbalance, low estrogen levels. bla bla bla.





remedies..



obviously the foremost. use miswak, use miswak and miswak.


u could even try a neem tree miswak if u dont get this one.


try coconut oil pulling. put some of it in your mouth for 10 minutes. and then spit not in your sink though.


i m gonna share a nautral toothpaste recipe in sha Allah.

also if you can get a hold of unani toothpastes or powders it is better. they r cheaper as well as really good. but check for the flouride

ok this is diy tooth paste.

mix cocnut oil and baking soda to forma paste. then add in it neem oil and peppermint oil. grt natural toothpaste they say.


u can skip neem oil and peppermint oil. i had neem oil so i put 3 drops. go without it.
